Excellent as always, I've never had a problem. Restaurants serve good priced food and tasty, too.
Beds are so comfortable I bought one for my home.

Checking in after quickly finding a parking spot was very effortless. Just grab your key card at the front desk and you’re in. I did in-fact Pre-booked my room which made it a lot easier

Spacious room and friendly staff. The only two letdowns were the annoying, screeching kids at breakfast and the lack of data signal despite being in the city centre.

Didn't stop at this premier inn we went for a Xmas meal there, but have stopped at alot of Premier inns, rooms are clean and good sizes would recommend stopping.

Lovely environment but time spent waiting to order dinner was more than half an hour. Then the food was not good as compared to Premier Inn Edgware...Best memories there!

Standard stuff for a Premier Inn- clean and basic but gives you somewhere to put your head down. I’ve been in some where staff go above and beyond however and, this one isn’t as friendly, but nothing wrong with it. It’s a bit far from the station and in the middle of a retail park, so not the most convenient, but I was advised it was a better hotel than more central places.

I stay in many hotels due to work commitments, this Premier Inn is the worse by far, room smelt of cigarettes and the room had not been cleaned, found an old beer can and ash from smoking in the kettle, this Indicates very poor standards of cleaning and lack of care.

Booked this hotel to stay after visiting polar express train experience, from the moment we arrived hadleigh the man on reception was most helpful an couldn’t help us enuff would recommend this hotel and will return in perfect location 😊

Great location for trip to Alton towers as just 35 minutes drive away. Easy to find, great service, and attached Brewers fayre served an excellent breakfast.

Libby was absolutely amazing from starting phonecall to check out. I had called before arrival to ask about checking in early due to a wedding for £10, Libby advised that she would find out if that was possible and call me back to let me know - 10 minutes later, Libby called back to confirm that this would be possible.
On arrival we met Libby at reception who had wavered the £10 early check in fee which we did not expect. We also explained that one of our party would not be joining us, so the extra room that was previously booked would not be needed due to an emergency operation. Libby advised that she would find out if we were eligible for a refund.
Upon departure, we were not told that we had to put in the car registration, so did panic. Once again, Libby was amazing and advised to I put the details upon departure and to call the hotel if a parking fine was issued. Libby also advised that we were able to get a refund on the room that was not used, again we didn't expect this at all.
Such a lovely lady for sorting us out and going above and beyond to help us - she simply cannot be faulted and was so helpful and friendly - thankyou Libby!!

Normally,I get normal service at the restaurant attached to the Premier Inn but I was so impressed with Maddie’s customer service. Always checking on her patrons and tables, friendly genuine smile-such a difference! She made me feel so welcome! Thank you Maddie!!

It is a good Hotel and the Staff are really friendly,
